The purpose of this research work was to design a prototype for the non-invasive monitoring of hemoglobin. The main characteristic of the developed prototype is the ease in obtaining the measurements while remaining within the proposed variability parameters. The development of the prototype is divided into three stages, the first is to obtain the signal, its adaptation and filtering which consists of analog and digital filters, the second stage consists of the storage and sending of the data obtained, this is performed by sending the data to a remote server using TCP-IP technology using sockets, the last stage consists of the intuitive user interface designed in Matlab (GUI) and easy to use to display the data that was obtained for each of test subjects. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that: the development of a noninvasive monitoring system which complies with the proposed variability values is feasible, in addition, that obtaining the relationship between absorbance and wavelength allows us to find the extinction coefficients for hemoglobin, the adaptation of the signal obtained through the use of second-order analog filters and the implementation of digital filters allow obtaining a clean signal by eliminating noise components and thereby obtaining the hemoglobin values compared with the results obtained in clinical tests they were less than +-3g/dl, managing to store the data obtained and present them clearly and concisely.
