The main objective of this Thesis is to carry out the Geometric and Structural Design for the paving of the roads of the El Reposo Village Center, Huanchaco district, Trujillo, department of La Libertad; which does not have paved streets and produce a negative impact on the health of the population; as well as social and economic. For the development of the research, the AASHTO-93 methodology and the current standards of the country have been used, therefore, a traffic study, a proposal for rainwater drainage, a soil study, geometric and structural design for the paving of the roads of El Reposo town center have been carried out. Thus, for the soil study, the research area was explored by means of calicatas, from which soil samples were extracted and analyzed in the soil laboratory for paving purposes. It was found that the predominant soil type is poorly graded gravel, minimum CBR at 95% MDS equal to 18.7%. The storm drainage proposal was also made; as a result of the calculation, 91 lateral drains of 1.10x0.10 m were proposed. Next, a traffic study was conducted using the manual counting technique for 7 days in order to determine the design ESAL. Finally, rigid pavement was proposed for the Historic Incaico and Forestal streets, articulated pavement for the roads surrounding the recreational area and finally, flexible pavement for the rest of the roads. Having carried out this study, all the design parameters were determined, obtaining the proposal of the layer thicknesses of the flexible pavement, articulated pavement and rigid pavement of the roads of the Centro Poblado El Reposo
