Objective: To compare the degree of rotation of stock titanium abutments with custom zirconia abutments in internal connection implant analogs. Materials and methods: An experimental study was carried out, with two groups, the first group with fourteen stock titanium abutments and a second group with fourteen customized zirconia abutments made in CAD/CAM, the measurement was performed with angular rotation equipment. with a goniometer on an analog of the implant of the same brand as the abutments, then both groups were compared using Wilcoxon's non-parametric statistics. Results: It was shown that there is a statistically significant difference between the grades of the stock titanium abutments and the customized zirconia abutments. The mean for stock titanium abutments was 2.57 ± 0.51, while the mean for custom zirconia abutments was 4.64 ± 0.49. Conclusions: The stock titanium abutments presented a lower degree of rotation than the custom zirconia abutments.
