Análisis de la gestión administrativa del programa Vaso de Leche y su satisfacción en los beneficiarios del distrito de Víctor Larco Herrera - Trujillo 2021

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue analizar la relación de la gestión administrativa del programa vaso de leche y la satisfacción de sus beneficiarios en el Distrito de Víctor Larco Herrera – Trujillo 2021. Se efectuó la prueba del Coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach a cada variable de investigación; protocolo de atención (0.925); satisfacción de los beneficiarios del vaso de leche (0.858); los cuales significaron un nivel excelente de confiabilidad. Para determinar si los valores se ajustaban a una distribución normal o no normal; se aplicó la prueba de Kolmogorov – Smirnov; el resultado indicó que sus valores se ajustaban a una distribución no normal (p< 0.05), por tal motivo, para probar la hipótesis general; seaplicó la prueba de Tau b de kendall, cuyo resultado fue de 0.555 con un nivel de significancia de 0.000 (< 0.05), el cual significó que si existe una relación entre ambas variables y por lo tanto se aceptó la hipótesis alternante; en que la gestión administrativa tiene relación en la satisfacción de los beneficiarios del vaso de leche. En relación a los resultados de cada objetivo; el 39% de los encuestados manifestaron que a veces, el programa del vaso de leche; realiza una buena gestión administrativa; es decir, en cuanto a una planificación del trabajo, el 31% manifestaron que siempre lo hacen; en cuanto a la organización del trabajo, el 50% respondieron que casi siempre lo realizan; en cuanto a la dirección del trabajo, el 45% manifestaron que a veces; en cuanto al control, el 30% manifestaron casi siempre lo realizan; en cuanto a la calidad del producto, el 73% manifestaron que siempre es de calidad; en cuanto a las expectativas de los beneficiarios por el vaso de leche, el 59% manifestaron que siempre lo están; en cuanto a sus necesidades por el vaso de leche, el 41% manifestaron que a veces lo están; y en cuanto a su conformidad por el vaso de leche, el 33% de los encuestados manifestaron que a veces expresan su conformidad por ello.

In relation to the results of each objective; 39% of those surveyed said that sometimes, the glass of milk program; carries out good administrative management; that is, in terms of work planning, 31% stated that they always do it; Regarding the organization of work, 50% responded that they almost always do it; Regarding the direction of the work, 45% stated that sometimes; As for control, 30% said they almost always do it; Regarding the quality of the product, 73% stated that it is always of quality; Regarding the expectations of the beneficiaries for the glass of milk, 59% stated that they always are; Regarding their needs for a glass of milk, 41% stated that they sometimes are; and regarding their agreement with the glass of milk, 33% of those surveyed stated that they sometimes express their agreement with it.
