Propuesta para la gestión de riesgos en la obra construcción y equipamiento del centro de aplicación de Chachapoyas, Amazonas

Abstract

En el año 2017, se implementó en la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, que en todo contrato de obra”se deben”identificar los”riesgos probables de suceder durante” la ejecución, que a la vez obliga también a tenerlo en consideración en el expediente técnico; por lo que las obras formuladas antes de esta fecha, presentan la problemática de no contar con estos estudios en lo que manifestarían un retraso para la ejecución. La presente investigación consta de la identificación de riesgos en la obra Construcción”y equipamiento”del centro”de”aplicación de Chachapoyas; donde se ha implicado a todas las unidades delegadas de la construcción del proyecto como el control y administración de proyectos, seguridad, calidad, entre otros; el objetivo principal de esta investigación, es proponer una matriz de gestión de los riesgos, en donde se ha de seleccionar las medidas de mitigación, para que se realice con éxito la ejecución de la obra. No obstante, al seguir la inventiva del Project”Management”Institute (PMI), se encontrará las bondades de realizar la gestión de los”riesgos apropiadamente en un proyecto, mejorando el pronóstico de los resultados y obtener un”listado ponderado de las”contingencias”del”proyecto
