The research thesis entitled: Comparative analysis of structural fill using fluid fill and loan material fill in the Peña Bridge Substructure located at Km 33 + 300 of the Ignacio Escudero District, Sullana Province, Piura Region, 2020, has as objective to determine a mix design, applying the material of the excavation, to replace the conventional filling and see how this mortar influences the filling of the Peña Bridge. The purpose of the research is to improve conventional compacted filling, and to reduce times by creating a low resistance mortar design, which will provide a solution to the problem of subsidence, improving bearing capacity, reducing settlement and improving productivity in the construction process. The research is experimental, correlational and quantitative. The population consisted of the number of tests carried out in the soil laboratory until a mixture design was found, which one of its characteristics is that it be a soil with a bearing capacity between 18 to 50 Kg / cm2, which has made a good soil and It is excavable for future infrastructure development work, the technique used was observation, using the technical sheet as an instrument. Statistical results indicate that there is a significant difference between both variables; the mortar design made with its own material influences the properties of the compacted filling, improving its bearing capacity, making it productive and reducing the problem of subsidence. As for the conventional compacted filling, the direct cut test was made to obtain the resistance and compare it with the resistance of the low resistance mortar.
