This thesis has been prepared to obtain the title of Civil Engineer at the Antenor Orrego Private University. The thesis developed is entitled: ““PROCEDURAL METHODOLOGY FOR THE ASSEMBLY AND LAUNCH PLAN OF A 60-METER RETICULATED BRIDGE OF LIGHT IN THE QUIROZ COUNTRY - SANTA ROSA DISTRICT - PALLASCA PROVINCE - ANCASH DEPARTMENT““. The project includes the construction of a 60-m span metal mesh bridge with a constant cant of 7.5 m. The reticulated structure is Warren type with studs. The cross section has two 3.30 m lanes and 0.90 m berms, making a carriageway width of 8.4 m. In addition, it has concrete barriers of 0.40 m, sidewalks of 1,525 m, and railings of 0.10 m on each side. In the present investigation As part of the Construction of Replacement Bridges project in Ancash - Junín, Work N ° 02, the construction of the Quiroz Bridge, a 60 m metallic grid, which crosses the Ancos riverbed, has been projected. For the construction of the superstructure, in which a proposal is made for an assembly system by means of assembly by modules and partial launches, with provisional towers in the channel, which gives rise to the preparation of this calculation report, using the Guidelines of the Manual of the Ministry of Transport and Communications (hereinafter MTC Manual) of bridges of the year 2016, where the philosophy of the limit states of service and resistance is taken into account for the structural design. In addition, assembly and launch criteria were used, as well as the definition of the components and the appropriate procedure for launching the superstructure in question. Within the assembly criteria, the proposed superstructure construction procedure consists of assembly by reticulated modules with partial launches. The assembly and launching is carried out from the left bank, where there is a mounting platform with a minimum length of 25 m, from the axis of the abutment. For the launch, 3 temporary towers will be used, located 10 + 10 + 20 + 20 m between abutment axes. On the mounting platform, there will be roller supports 8.65 m and 16.4 m (8.65 + 7.75) behind the abutment. The temporary towers are located 10 + 10 + 20 + 20 m between abutment axes. They are made up of modular Acrow-type panel towers, of typical dimensions 3,048 m high and 2,185 m wide. The temporary towers on the left bank are made up of 1 modules, while the one on the right bank is made up of two modules. The towers on the left bank are supported on 3.2x3.6 m concrete footings with 0.6 m 10 superelevation. For its part, the tower on the right bank rests on 4.0x3.6 concrete footings with a depth of 0.6 m. The anchoring of the towers to the foundation is made up of A 193 Gr B7 bolts of 5/8 ““diameter and embedded anchor length of 0.50 m. After that, the maximum deflections of the bridge superstructure were verified in the same way and compared with the permissible parameters of the MTC Manual, the shear design of the tie beam was also verified due to the mobile supports (idlers) at the stage of launch. Finally, the proposed procedure for the launch of the superstructure is detailed, which consists of The towers on the left margin are supported by concrete footings measuring 3.2x3.6 m and 0.6 m in superelevation. The assembly stages have been defined based on the available platform length, the spacing between provisional supports, and the location of the element joints (indicated in the manufacturing drawings provided by the customer). The detail of the stages corresponds to the assembly and launch methodology. Finally, it should be noted that this thesis aims to be a proposed guide for project management based on the assembly and launch of metal bridges.
