Comunicación interna y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del área administrativa de Fisholg, Paita, 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada: Comunicación interna y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del área administrativa de Fisholg, Paita, 2022, tuvo como objetivo general, analizar la relación que existe entre la comunicación interna y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de Fisholg, Paita, 2022, el tipo de investigación es básica y de enfoque cuantitativa, teniendo en cuenta que se ha tomado como referencia una cadena de investigaciones similares precedentes y, además, el patrón puede servir de referencia para futuras investigaciones para ello trabajamos con toda la población, que se encuentra conformada por 30 empleados administrativos de la organización Fisholg, Paita - Piura, de los diferentes departamentos y unidades de ambos sexos. La técnica empleada para recolectar información fue observación, y los instrumentos de recolección de datos fue dos encuestas, la primera estuvo compuesta por 12 preguntas para la variable Comunicación interna, cuyas alternativas de solución son un modelo de la escala Likert, y se organizan en tres dimensiones temáticas sobre la comunicación descendente, la comunicación ascendente y la comunicación horizontal. La segunda encuesta se realizó a partir de 04 preguntas para la variable Desempeño Laboral, cuyas alternativas de respuesta son una edición de la escala Likert. Además, se utilizará un conjunto de estrategias y técnicas para el procedimiento de la información de las encuestas, que consisten en la realización de series estadísticas, la puntuación y la búsqueda de resultados, el uso de la información Chi-cuadrado de Pearson para la elaboración de tablas y figuras con su respectivo análisis y la validación de las consecuencias

The present investigation entitled: Internal communication and the work performance of the employees of the administrative area of Fisholg, Paita, 2022, had as a general objective, to analyze the relationship that exists between internal communication and the work performance of the employees of Fisholg, Paita, 2022, the type of research is basic and with a quantitative approach, taking into account that a chain of previous similar investigations has been taken as a reference and, in addition, the pattern can serve as a reference for future research to do so, work with the entire population, which It is made up of 30 administrative employees of the Fisholg organization, Paita - Piura, from the different departments and units of both sexes. The technique used to collect information was observation, and the data collection instruments were two surveys, the first consisted of 12 questions for the variable Internal communication, whose solution alternatives are a Likert scale model, and are organized into three thematic dimensions on downward communication, upward communication and horizontal communication. The second survey was carried out based on 04 questions for the Labor Performance variable, whose response alternatives are an edition of the Likert scale. In addition, a set of strategies and techniques for the procedure of survey information will be reinforced, which will consist of carrying out statistical series, scoring and searching for results, the use of Pearson's Chi-square information for the elaboration of tables and figures with their respective analysis and validation of the consequences
