This research thesis entitled ““Geometric and structural design of the Bello Horizonte neighborhood road - Bajo Loboyoc, Las Piedras district, Tambopata, Madre de Dios, 2022““ is oriented to the transportation area and is developed within a stretch of 13,067 km in the Bello Horizonte – Bajo Loboyoc highway. The general objective was to carry out the geometric and structural design using a flexible pavement in the province of Tambopata, Madre de Dios region. The present investigation is descriptive using an applied methodology, the design is of the field type, not experimental since data was collected directly from the study area in order to analyze and develop an efficient design. The population was made up of the unpaved neighborhood road, likewise, the AASHTO 93 methodology and our Peruvian regulations were considered. Therefore, topography studies were carried out obtaining a total survey of the road under study, soil mechanics studies were also carried out for paving purposes, obtaining an average CBR of 7.62%, followed by an in situ traffic study obtaining a traffic projected to 2042 of 305 Veh/day, then the ESAL calculation was carried out obtaining 1'153523.04 of equivalent axes and finally a hydrological study was carried out obtaining 24 32'' TMC culverts. Once our basic studies were completed, we proceeded to determine the design proposal, obtaining the layer thicknesses of the pavements, gutters and culverts for the road
