The objective of the study was to determine the prevalence of antibodies against SARS-Cov-2 in workers in the health sector of the first level of care in northern Lima, during the period April - June 2020. Methodology: A descriptive and retrospective study was carried out in 1080 health sector workers with COVID-19 during the period April 15 to June 15, 2020. The tests included descriptive statistics (frequencies, percentages, accompanied by their 95% confidence interval, according to applicable). The prevalence was determined as the relative frequency of the number of cases with the presence of IgM, IgM and IgG antibodies (mixed), IgG with respect to the total number of confirmed cases with a rapid reactive test. Results: 71.3% of positive cases to the rapid test were represented by the female sex. The most affected age group were adults, representing 83.1% of the population studied. According to the type of profession, we found that the highest percentage of affected personnel was the technical nursing personnel 22.1%. The prevalence of antibodies was higher in the mixed pattern (IgM and IgG) with 74.91% followed by the prevalence of IgG antibodies with 15.46% and in a lower percentage the prevalence of IgM antibodies was 9.63 % of total confirmed cases. Conclusion: the prevalence of antibodies is higher in the mixed pattern and mainly affects technical nursing personnel, followed by nursing graduates and doctors
