The pre-feasibility work seeks the economic development of the Ayash community by means of a road that helps the villagers to transport their 2 largest products, such as potatoes and wheat, as well as allowing free access to tourists. To this community since LIMATOURS is proposing a new Route called EL GRAN CAMINO INCA that aims to value the Inca roads in Peru. This community is part of the tour of said Tours. The present pre-feasibility study of the Ayash wagon comprises from the Ayash community to the crossing of the main road that goes to the District of San Marcos. Uniting the Ayash Huaripampa and Ayash Pichiu sectors. A large section passes through the operations of the mining company. Background, this is the time to carry out the limits of the property, in addition to not interfering or impacting the operations of the mining company. The study focuses mainly on the benefit provided by the construction of a civil engineering work to the Ayash community and the company Antamina generating the least possible damage to their social, environmental and above all, with a definitive and beneficial path in the sector. The Ancash region is one of the best sources of financial resources of the canon so it should not be a restriction in the construction of this road. It is one of the mining companies that contributes the most to the canon. The study of pre-feasibility of the Ayash road is of the utmost importance due to the economic growth of its inhabitants, since 40% of the Ayash community works in the mining company. The annual averages of 100,000.00 nuevos soles which leads to the residents and motor vehicles. The pre-feasibility study seeks that the authorities focus on guaranteeing greater physical integration in the region. From the perspective of a citizen, improvements in road connectivity, with paved roads, allow you to move in the shortest time and with the highest quality and safety, all that can be positively improved in your wellness. From a business perspective, the vision is logistics: As long as there are more efficient transport routes, the better will be the trafficability and access to regional markets. This will boost the competitiveness of regional products and significantly impact the regional economy. The pre-feasibility study is a preliminary analysis of an idea to determine whether or not it is feasible to study the Ayash road and thus convert it into a project; It is used in the business and commercial field. When carrying out a pre-feasibility study, several variables are taken into account and the central points of the idea are reflected. If it is estimated that its implementation is correct, the idea will be transformed into a project that will be submitted, now, in a feasibility study. This is the last step before the project materializes. The pre-feasibility study will be carried out with a new technique called aerophotogrammetry; the viability of the project will be determined quickly and accurately. Aerial photogrammetry has been used for almost a century for the preparation of general or topographic cartography, on medium and even large scales. Methodologies have been developed that allow the survey in 3D of large areas of land with a fairly high precision depending on the scale of work. It can also be added that the Aerophotogrametry does not exclude any detail of the land, in comparison with a conventional topographic survey, since when this is done, only the necessary details are extracted to develop the engineering project determined to be carried out in said sector. In this way, aerial photography is perfect for carrying out pre-feasibility studies of roads due to their precision, lower cost and time. This research project called “Use of aerial photography for the pre-feasibility study of the Ayash road, San Marcos district, Huari province, Ancash department“ raises the use of technology in different highway projects (use of drones), this technology drones is important to use in inaccessible areas or that hinder the execution of the topographic survey. The methodology we followed in this project was the same scheme as any aerophotogrammetric work and topographic survey. For this, it was carried out in the cabinet the delimitation of the area by means of a software in which the flights were simulated, with it the control points that were required were placed, the control points with differential GPS were raised, later the data was taken in the field with the UAV vehicle. Once the flight is done, we have the photographs and with that we proceed to obtain the DTM and orthophotos. Already counting on the DTM and orthophotos, the most suitable route for the road is made using software to carry out the pre-feasibility study of said road. The results obtained by the comparison of different surfaces are adequate to carry out the pre-feasibility study of the Ayash road, making this type of surveys is profitable whenever working with large areas to make several alternatives, also taking into account that the conditions and equipment are adequate to perform this type of work.
