Nivel de criticidad del riesgo operativo del proceso de transporte y entrega de materiales en la Empresa Central Dino SAC Parque Industrial de Trujillo - 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de criticidad del riesgo operativo del proceso de transporte y entrega de materiales en la empresa central DINO SAC Parque Industrial. El diseño de contrastación que se utilizó es el diseño descriptivo transversal, este diseño tiene como objetivo medir y describir la prevalencia de una exposición y/o resultado en una población definida y en un punto específico de tiempo. El tamaño de la muestra utilizado fue equivalente al marco muestral debido a que es el total de la población, ya que la empresa DINO SAC Parque Industrial cuenta con 36 conductores en total siendo un muestreo no probabilístico. Como técnicas de investigación se utilizaron la entrevista, la observación, la recopilación documental y la encuesta. La entrevista fue realizada directamente al jefe del área de distribución. Por otro lado, se realizó la encuesta a los conductores de la empresa, para constatar si tenían conocimiento de los riesgos que enfrentan en la realización de sus funciones y el impacto que genera si es que ocurriese. La metodología que se utilizó en esta tesis para medir los riesgos, es la emitida en Suiza por el Comité de Supervisión Bancaria de Basilea II. Comprobado que la empresa DINO SAC cuenta con un bajo nivel de riesgo con un 84% y aun nivel de significancia del 5%, en el proceso de transporte y entrega de materiales, debido a que realizan controles y coordinaciones antes de empezar sus actividades, evitando con ello que los riesgos emergentes se materialicen.

The objective of this research work is to determine the level of criticality of the operational risk of the process of transport and delivery of materials in the central company DINO SAC Industrial Park. The contrast design that was used is the transversal descriptive design, this design aims to measure and describe the prevalence of an exposure and / or result in a defined population and at a specific point of time. The sample size used was equivalent to the sample framework because it is the total population, since the company DINO SAC Industrial Park has 36 drivers in total being a non-probabilistic sampling. The investigation, observation, documentary compilation and survey were used as research techniques. The interview was conducted directly to the head of the distribution area. On the other hand, the survey of the drivers of the company was carried out, to verify if they were aware of the risks, they face in carrying out their functions and the impact that it generates if it occurs. The methodology used in this thesis to measure risks is that issued in Switzerland by the Basel II Supervisory Committee on Banking. Proven that the company DINO SAC has a low level of risk with 84% and even a level of significance of 5%, in the process of transport and delivery of materials, because they carry out controls and coordination before starting their activities, avoiding with that the emerging risks materialize.
