The objective was to determine the Quality of Life Ratio and the Level of Satisfaction with Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT) by Hemodialysis in CKD 5 patients of the Hemodialysis Service of the Jorge Reátegui Delgado - Piura Hospital during 2018. Materials and methods: Research site: Hemodialysis Service of the Jorge Reátegui Delgado - Piura Hospital. Type of research: Basic, Observational, Prospective and Cutting. Cross-sectional sample: 80 patients. It was used as survey instruments elaborated with questionnaires of international and regional validity. The surveys were: KDQOL-36 and CRESS-4, informed consent consent evolution. Results: Of 100% of patients, 62.5% were men and 37.5% were women. 52.5%, with respect to sex, quality of life and satisfaction with work is greater in males than in females. The comorbidities studied for the following data only had DM 21.25%, only HBP 37.5% and 28.75% had both DM and HTN. It is evident that patients who only have HBP have a better quality of life. Patients who had less than 5 years in a representation of 37.5%, and 62.5% reported having had 5 years or more on dialysis. Conclusions: Male patients, under 65 years of age, working and with dialysis time of more than 5 years have a higher quality of life. There is a direct correlation between the quality of life and the level of satisfaction with the hemodialysis treatment.
