The present investigation work is oriented to the investigation of the figure of the civil responsibility derived from the violence in the sport spectacles. As we know, sport has a great influence on society; highlighting its importance in the culture and in the construction of the national identity, they mobilize millions of people, who involve large amounts of money and, in general, they are the center in which a series of interests of different nature converge. This convergence, as well as the very nature of this type of activity, makes inevitable the presence of conflicts that Law, as a regulatory instrument of social behavior, must resolve. In response, sports accidents are extremely common and can be experienced by the ““players““ or ““ intervening ““ by spectators or third parties. The subject matter of this investigation has been called by some scholars as ““sports liability ,““ which says a doctrinaire sector is very complex, it is because they can not speak of a single theory that serve basis . There are several positions that have been taken in this regard, which should be analyzed according to the application areas of responsibility that may be involved , depending on the circumstances surrounding context. For the purposes of this research, it is opted for the development of the civil liability for violence at sports events, with respect to the damages suffered by the spectators.
