The purpose of this research work is to reduce the time of the Order Attention process in the company KOSSODO SAC and plans to achieve it through the application of the methodology of the Theory of Constraints. It adjusts to the characteristics of a research of Applied, Descriptive level in its methodology and Non-Experimental design. Four specific objectives were drawn up which, sequentially developed, allowed choosing the best solution alternatives to the problems presented in the Order Attention process; The first specific objective was to identify the stages of the process and determine the times of each stage, continuing with the second specific objective was to identify the critical stage and establish improvements, as a third specific objective was established to raise the restriction and establish improvements until the restriction can no longer be raised, and as the fourth and last specific objective it was agreed to determine the benefits generated after applying the improvements based on the theory of restrictions. Two critical stages were identified successively, the Picking and Packing stages; after which it was obtained that in the Picking stage corresponding to the Time of Localization of the product it was possible to reduce this time in 22 hours, for which the system became 88% more efficient through the implementation of the 5S methodology, in addition the percentage of orders not attended due to lack of stock was reduced by 9.36% by developing a Software that allows establishing the minimum stock of each product so as not to be left empty; As for the Packing stage corresponding to the Packaging Time, this time was reduced in 6 hours, which made the system 55% more efficient through the elaboration of established procedures and instructions; in terms of the overall time of the process, it was reduced by 29 hours, which is equivalent to saying that the system became 62% more efficient, besides that the operating profit had an increase of 44%. Finally, this thesis allows to reduce the informality present in the procedures generated by resistance to change, facilism and everyday life; showing favorable benefits for the company KOSSODO SAC.
