Fruits and vegetables are exported to the countries of Europe and the rest of the world. The aguaymanto has an excellent nutritional composition, antioxidant and above all the trend of consumption of berries in the world. Through a market study to locate the destination and with the help of the Trademap program, it was determined by FOB quantities and the consumption trend that the Netherlands obtained the necessary conditions for the export of the fresh product. The external and internal factors identified were: imports, first supplier country, Peruvian exports, availability of transport, consumption per capita, price, market study available, phytosanitary protocol. With the mathematical model, the predicted values of the exported amount of fresh aguaymanto were obtained according to the import combination * phytosanitary barrier; price * phytosanitary barriers; consumption * phytosanitary barrier and import * price * consumption, also presented adjusted R2 and R2 of 0.983 and 0.961, the model evaluated globally was significant (F = 45.308, p <0.05); Likewise, the mathematical model allowed to predict the behavior of the quantity exported of fresh aguaymanto under a scenario focused on the presence or absence of the variable ““sanitary barrier““, denoting for example that at a price of 3.00 US $ / kg and a per capita consumption of 1.10 kg / person without phytosanitary barrier turns out to be 656.40 t; while at the same price and same per capita consumption but with sanitary barrier it is higher with 1788.84 t; that is, the model indicates that Peru having a phytosanitary barrier from the Netherlands would export a greater quantity, because Peru is a fruit and vegetable exporting country, the experience in the productive operation and export operation with other berries allows the proper handling of fresh aguaymanto for export.
