At Trujillo, the electrical services are expensive; prices have risen by an average of 3.3% addition that generate pollution. On the other hand the construction companies need an added value for the sale of their apartments because their these have declined, and home automation serious alternative, being necessary to simulate it before building it because it would be very costly. Therefore the following problem: How to identify in advance the energy consumption in domotic apartments in the luminaire applicative, the Algol Group, Trujillo, using information systems on the Web?. The hypothesis of this research is that: The Web 3D simulation of a domotic apartment with the luminaire applicative of Algol Group S.A.C. in the Jardines of Golf in Trujillo building, can measure anticipated energy consumption. This requires a Web objectives Develop a 3D simulation of a domotic apartment with the luminaire applicative of Algol Group arises S.A.C. in the Jardines of Golf, apartment 301, building in Trujillo, to measure energy consumption and defined five specific objectives.
