This research contains eight chapters which are detailed below: In the first chapter, the problem of implementation of a platform based on microcontroller and GPRS module is presented to reduce the response time in systems monitoring and control of processes based on the cellular network design, also exposing the general objective and specific objectives of the draft. The second chapter provides a description of the contributions found in the surveys through background, as well as concepts necessary for a better understanding. The third chapter mentions the materials and methods used in the development of the project, as well as the procedures for the development of the electronic system. In the fourth and fifth chapter, we give the results that were obtained when the system simulation and the discussion of the same. Finally, in the sixth, seventh and eighth chapters, we present the conclusions reached, recommendations for future work, and bibliographical references related to the project.
