To determine the most common obstetric complications in patients with a previous cesarean tested working vaginal birth , attended at Hospital Walter Cruz Vilca Moche . January to December 2013 Design : Analytical , retrospective, cross-sectional study . Subject: Patients with a history of previous and tested working cesarean delivery between January 2013 to December 2013 and who meet the inclusion criteria Main follow-up : Vaginal delivery with previous cesarean , Test ginecoobstetricas Labor and Complications Results: Of the 124 patients who were tested in labor , 21 ( 16.93% ) patients failed to produce such evidence, ending her pregnancy by cesarean section, the particulars of which are shown in Table N ° 05 , with the indication highest incidence ; Acute Fetal distress 14 (66.7 %) and 103 ( 83.07 %) patients had a successful vaginal delivery. It could also collect indications of previous cesarean section in 124 patients who were tested in labor, being an indication of increased incidence: Fetal Distress acute (34 patients ), followed by lack of Depreciation (26 patients) and dystocia presentation (24 patients ), with an incidence of 27.42% , 20.97% and 19.35% respectively Conclusions: Vaginal delivery with previous cesarean is appropriate obstetric behavior, with a rate of vaginal deliveries of 83.07 %. Provide labor in patients with a history of cesarean low transverse segmental type is safe for both mother and fetus without fetal or maternal attributed directly related deaths. Most patients in our study corresponded to an adult population , in her second term with a pregnancy . The primary indication for caesarean section in patients with previous cesarean section is the Acute Fetal Distress with 66.7 % followed by undescended with 14.3%.
