The present thesis entitled: ““MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF A PREMIXED CONCRETE IN DRY““ QUICK CONCRETE ““F'C = 210 KG/C AND ITS COMPARATIVE COST““ was developed with the objective of knowing themechanical characteristics of a ready-mix concrete in dry F'c = 210 Kg/cm and analyze its comparative cost against conventional climate, considering adverse situations such as remoteness and shortages of aggregates. To know the mechanical characteristics of the concrete, pre-mixed in dry, cylinders and prismatic test tubes were made that were verified according to the established norms for the detection of environment of: Consistency, Temperature, Density (Unit Weight) Air content, Resistance to compression, tensile strength of concrete; both in tensile tests by diametral compression and flexion traction. Tests were carried out at ages 3, 7 and 28 days for compression tests reaching values higher than 210 kg/cm2. In the same way for tensile tests reaching values higher than 22.08 kg/cm2, representing approximately 8% to 10% of the compressive strength. Finally, for the tensile strength by bending at the age of 28 days, values of thefracture modulus of 54.70 kg/cm2 were obtained, whose value is higher than the diametric compression test due to its greater dispersion. To comparative cost, it was taken into account, participated in certain works of the Sierra Liberteña. However, when using these bagged products in large quantities they present an economic difference with respect to conventional concrete production. It should be noted that dry premixed concrete is economically feasible for small quantities of less than 1m 3 . In general terms, dry premixed concrete F'c = 210 Kg/cm 2 is designed to meet the needs of civil construction for what is designed and for use in adverse circumstances, where an alternative solution to the lack of components is required of the concrete.
