Motivación laboral y desempeño de los docentes de la Red Educativa Rural San Pedro Quiruvilca, 2015

Abstract

La motivación y la satisfacción son aspectos vitales para comprender la problemática educativa, a nivel de las expectativas reales y la profesión. La motivación laboral permitirá desarrollar actividades positivas en el trabajo y si es una institución educativa esto incidirá en el desempeño de los docentes; el presente estudio tuvo como objetivo principal determinar si la motivación laboral presenta relación significativa con el desempeño docente; para esto se utilizó una población y muestra de 39 docentes de la Red Educativa Rural San Pedro de Quiruvilca, y se decidió utilizar el diseño descriptivo correlacional, para la recolección de la información se utilizó dos cuestionarios tipo escalas de Likert que midieron la motivación laboral y el desempeño docentes; como resultado general se determinó un coeficiente de correlación R= 0.820 que al aplicar la prueba estadística correspondiente esta relación resultó altamente significativa, concluyendo con la aceptación de la hipótesis de investigación de que la motivación laboral presenta relación altamente significativa con el desempeño docente.

The motivation and satisfaction are important aspects for understanding the education´s problematic, about real expectation and profession. The working motivation let to develop positive activities in the job, and if it is an education institution it will prevent the play of the teachers; the present study had as principal goal can determinate if the working motivation introduces meaningful relation with the teacher´s play. For that we used a population and sample around 39 teachers from Red Educativa Rural San Pedro de Quiruvilca, and decided to use correlation descriptive design, for the recollection of the information I used two questionnaires kind scales of likert through it we can measure the working motivation and teacher play; as general result we determinated a coheficient of correlation R=0,820 when I apply the statistic test it relation had result meaning ful, ending with the acceptance of the hypothesis of investigation saying that the warking motivation introduces meaningful relation with teacher play.
