Objectives: Evalue complications of newborn from preeclampticas mothers at the Apoyo´s Hospital II - 2 – Sullana from January to December of the 2017. Materials and methods: It is a descriptive, observacional, restrospective, cross-sectional study. There was a review from clinical histories of newborn from preeclampticas mothers who were born in 2017. Results: There were a total of 477 of newborn from preeclampticas mothers. About the total of preeclampticas mothers, the 92,87% (443) had prenatal control. According to the type of presentation in the 94,76% (452) were cephalic. The 80,50% (384) of newborn from preeclampticas mothers the type of childbirth were abdominal. Respect to the amniotic liquid, the 88,25% (421) was normal and the 11,74% (56) was meconial. According to the sex (267), the majority were male in the 55,97% and the 44,02% (210) were female. According to the gestacional age, the 29,35% (140) were preterm, the 70,44% (336) were upon maturity and the 0,20% (1) were post term. Respect to the weight /gestacional age, the 11,34% (54) were PEG, the 79,66% (380) were AEG and the 9,01% (43) were GEG. The 94,54% (451) reported APGAR to 1´ between 7-10 and the 98,11% (468) developed APGAR to 5´entre 7-10. From the total were hospitalized, the 46,75% (223) in NEOSANO, the 52,83% (252) in NEOPATOLOGICAL INTERMEDIATE and the 0,41% (2) in UCIN. There were no deceased. Conclusions: This study respect to the morbidity, there was a big percentage of COAGULATION UPHEAVAL 55,11% (221), the 8,47% (34) SEPSIS, the 19,70% (79) ICTERICIA NEONATAL, the 3,24% (13) MEMBRANE HIALINA DISEASE´S, the 1,99% (8) TRANSITORY TAQUIPNEA NEWBORN´S, the 3,49% (14) HIPOGLICEMIA, the 0,99% (4) APNEA, the 2,49% (10) CONGENITAL MALFORMATIONS, and the 4,48% (18) OTHERS.
