A correlational study was realized between Occupational Wear and psychosocial risk factors in security agents of a private company in Trujillo. To this end, we worked with a sample of 206 male security agents, whose ages ranged between 23 and 45 years, belonging to a private company in Trujillo, with a current contract in 2017, using the Occupational Destocking Scale for their evaluation. (EDO) and the Psychosocial Risk Factor Questionnaire Intralaboral. The results show, in terms of Occupational Wear, agents predominate, an average level of Occupational Wear and its dimensions Exhaustion and Dissatisfaction of achievement, with percentages ranging between 40.8% and 45.5%; and a low level in the Depersonalization and Psychosomatic dimensions, with percentages ranging between 39.8% and 43.7%. Likewise, an average level of Psychosocial Risk Factors and their dimensions predominate, with percentages ranging between 47.6% and 58.7%. Regarding the relational analysis, a very significant, positive and intermediate correlation was found between Occupational Wear and Psychosocial Risk Factors in the study subjects. On the other hand, there is a very significant correlation, positive and in medium degree, of the Exhaustion and Dissatisfaction of Occupational Attrition achievement dimensions with the dimensions of the Psychosocial Risk Factors. Likewise, there is a very significant, positive and intermediate correlation of the Depersonalization and Psychosomatics dimensions with the dimensions of Control over work and Demands of work. In the same way, a very significant, positive and intermediate correlation was found between Depersonalization and Leadership and social relations at work.
