In this thesis: “Analysis of Urban Mobility and sustainable transport system in the city of Trujillo. Trujillo Province. Freedom “, was first described the concept of sustainable mobility which seeks to create a local change in political will, information and public awareness for reducing private motorized traffic, then the main problems of public transport in Latin America are identified, the characteristics of integrated transport systems, its implementation in the city of Trujillo, Peru. Pedestrianization the Historical Center of Trujillo, Public Bicycle and Light Rail Trujillo: Also three distinct structural projects that seek to print a radical change in sustainable transport system in the city of Trujillo and proposed are as follows. The Light Rail Trujillo proposed that binding has 4 lines which would be the following: Red Line: Huanchaco-Airport-Chan Chan - Trujillo Mall adventure. Blue Line: Buenos Aires - Avda Larco- ORR -Center Plazuela The RecreoHospital Historical and Victor Lazarte Echegaray - Sacred Heart School - El Porvenir - Laredo. Orange Line: Avenida Universidad Privada Antenor AmericaOrrego- National University of Trujillo Mochica Ovalo papal ovalo La Hermelinda, Hospitals - Complejo Chicago - Ovalo Grau - Mall Aventura Plaza Open Plaza and developments. Green Line: Industrial Park of Trujillo ( District of La Esperanza ) , following the North Panamericana, through different Urbanizaciones to reach Trujillo, through the Mansiche Complex, Historical Center, heading south of the city, using the Av. Marina and Panamericana Norte through the Regional Institute of Neoplastic Diseases, Terminal Terrestre, Moche, Salaverry and culminated in the Puerto de Salaverry.So do not expect that the city of Trujillo grow, then newly implemented solutions, so it is important to make the proposal sustainable transport system, for which you must previously create a Single Transport Authority for Trujillo reality ( AUTT ) , which should be shared with local governments in the adjacent districts and establish mobility plans to improve safety, sustainability and economic attraction of the city in order to ensure and improve the quality of life of citizens . Then the history of mobility agreements, principles, actions and objectives are set, concluding with the need to ensure a regular and comprehensive of all the initiatives put in place control. This shift in priorities along with the strengthening of the bicycle and intermodal modes of mass transit as a tool of daily mobility has led to concepts and new situations so far not reflected in the regulations and require a regulatory effort to unify criteria to take into account the needs of all parties involved in the city of Trujillo, Peru.
