This thesis was conducted in order to create a management model that allows us to organize and manage the process correctly, so that it can develop modeling, planning, monitoring and control of activities and resources (labor labor, materials, machinery and equipment) efficiently, involved in development planning Leoncio Prado College of El Porvenir. This necessitates the integration of 4D technology (3D + time) on the methodology BIM, commonly called BIM 4D, for better time management was proposed. After analyzing its theoretical requirements, the different possibilities of BIM 4D tools and the flow of work required are discussed, emphasizing both opportunities and constraints. In the first chapter the introduction, that is, the background, problem, objectives and theoretical framework the definition and importance of BIM methodology is developed. In the second chapter the study material to be used and the methods and techniques described. In the third chapter the description of the software used for modeling and planning Leoncio Prado Gutiérrez College will develop. In the fourth chapter the results of the detection of incompatibilities (CLASH DETECTION) is described, Los metrados obtained NAVISWORK and programming with Timerline. In the fifth chapter we have the discussion of results and interference detection incompatibilities between traditional and Naviswork Vs. method, Revit project metrados Vs. Excel, Timerline, planning 4D. In the sixth and final chapter, conclusions and recommendations from this project are presented.
