Gestión de productividad de la filosofía lean construction en el proceso de relleno en la presa palo redondo

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la influencia de la Gestión de Productividad de la Filosofía Lean Construction en el proceso de relleno en la Presa “Palo Redondo”, en el distrito de Chao, provincia de Viru, región La Libertad, entre los meses de Agosto a Octubre del año 2015, según el objeto de estudio, el tipo de investigación fue Aplicada. Se inició la investigación conociendo la situación actual del proceso de relleno en la presa “Palo Redondo”, luego se implementó las herramientas de la Filosofía de Lean Construction, determinando las actividades que no generan valor. Se realizaron las recopilaciones de datos requeridos del frente de relleno mediante las cartas Balance, los reportes diarios de producción y de costos de la partida (proporcionado por la oficina de costos), por una semana y acompañamiento por 02 meses, después fue estandarizado el procedimiento de relleno, hasta su culminación. Los resultados de la investigación fueron: mejoramiento del rendimiento de las actividades de conformación y compactación en 26.83% y 13.70% respectivamente, incremento de la producción promedio por día en 44.87% (respecto al mes de Agosto), reducción del costo unitario acumulado en US$ 0.114 con respecto a su costo inicial, cumplimiento del plazo de ejecución en el mes de Octubre, con un avance acumulado de 70.59%, teniendo un adelanto de 6.40%. Llegándose a la conclusión que la Gestión de Productividad de la Filosofía Lean Construction influyó en la mejora del rendimiento en el proceso de relleno en la Presa Palo redondo.

The present research had as general objective to determine the influence of the Productivity Management of the Lean Construction Philosophy in the process of filling in the ““Palo Redondo““ Dam, in the district of Chao, Viru province, La Libertad region, between the months From August to October 2015, according to the object of study, the type of research was Applied. The results of the research were: improvement of the performance of the conformation and compaction activities in 26.83% and 13.70% respectively, increase of average production per day in 44.87%, reduction of unit cost accumulated in US $ 0.114 with respect to its cost Initial, compliance with the execution deadline in October, with a cumulative advance of 70.59%, with an advance of 6.40%. It is concluded that the Productivity Management of the Lean Construction Philosophy influenced the performance improvement in the filling process in the Presa Palo redondo.
