The intent of the research is to respond to the problem formulated as a question: To what extent the application of role playing as a teaching strategy reduces aggression in children 5 years of School No. 2063 of the village of Chorobamba, Marcabal district and province of Sanchez Carrión in 2015? The objective was to demonstrate to what extent the application of role playing as a teaching strategy decreases the level of aggression in children 5 years of School No. 2063 of the village of Chorobamba, district Marcabal and province of Sanchez Carrion in 2015. Being a pre-experimental research with a representative sample of 21 children five years of the initial level, which constituted the experimental group, who were applied a watching guide 20 items to measure the dependent variable. Then all data processing and presentation, with the “t” of Student test, allowed accepting the research hypothesis and draw conclusions, the most important can say that: It has been shown that children of five years of the experimental group have significantly reduced its aggressiveness, as evidenced by the decline in their arithmetic mean of 9.76 points to 6.05 points pretest posttest, which children achieve an overall gain of 3.71 points, and thus its aggressiveness has decreased proportionally, allowing accepting the research hypothesis; therefore, it has been shown that the role play is an excellent alternative to reduce aggression in children in early childhood education. The level of aggressiveness in the pretest was predominantly medium in a 57.14% of children, the same trend was observed in the dimensions of verbal aggression and physical aggression. In the post-test, the level of aggression decreased significantly as 76.19% of the children were located in the low, the same trend was observed in the dimensions of verbal aggression and physical aggression.
