The present research aims to propose the design of a low cost housing, with social interest purposes; using precast concrete walls ( columns and blocks ) , based on a new construction system, for which are combined precast concrete elements and elements emptied in situ. The project is located in the urbanization Villa el Contador, 5 minutes from the roundabout La Marina, this area was selected by the free space available and according to the Urban Development Regulation of the Province of Trujillo is a RDM ( Residential Density Media ) . For the purposes of the research, a soil study will be carried out which will serve to propose a suitable foundation. It was found that the dimensions of the precast concrete walls offered by the companies responsible for their manufacture do not meet the minimum requirements for structural use, for which new dimensions of prefabricated concrete elements were proposed for the design of a house. To know the dimensions and costs of these elements a market research of 6 companies was carried out, of which 5 are located in the city of Lima and one in Trujillo. In order to check its safety against seismic movements, the house will be modeled in Etabs software. For the development of this project was based on the previous studies made in order to be able to have a support both with the background and normative in which the following rules of the National Building Regulations were used. • Standard E.030 Seismic resistant design 2016. • Standard E.060 Reinforced Concrete. • Standard E.070 Bricklaying.
