La gestión de las relaciones de la Minera Barrick con la comunidad campesina Cahuide según el modelo IFC caso Sierra Productiva

Abstract

La presente investigación trata de resolver el problema ¿De qué manera la aplicación del proyecto Sierra Productiva incidió en la gestión de las relaciones entre Minera Barrick y la Comunidad Campesina Cahuide, Provincia de Santiago de Chuco, Región La Libertad, según el modelo IFC, año 2014?, ante el cual se planteó como hipótesis la aplicación del proyecto Sierra Productiva incidió de manera positiva en la gestión de las relaciones entre Minera Barrick y la Comunidad Campesina Cahuide, Provincia de Santiago de Chuco, Región La Libertad, según el modelo IFC. Para contrastar la misma se utilizó un diseño de contrastación de hipótesis no experimental o descriptivo de corte transversal, para lo cual se utilizó el análisis bibliográfico, el análisis de dato, las encuestas y entrevistas como técnicas para procesar la información. Llegando a las siguientes conclusiones: La aplicación del proyecto Sierra Productiva incidió de manera positiva en la gestión de las relaciones entre Minera Barrick y la Comunidad Campesina Cahuide, Provincia de Santiago de Chuco, Región La Libertad, según el modelo IFC, confirmándose la hipótesis de investigación; La aplicación del proyecto Sierra Productiva en la Comunidad Campesina Cahuide, Provincia de Santiago de Chuco, Región La Libertad, 2014. Se dio a través de 18 tecnologías de las cuales 13 tecnologías resultaron con ratios altos de efectividad y 5 tecnologías resultaron con ratios bajos, según los entrevistados esto se debe a que el desembolso del presupuesto se interrumpió debió a la culminación del Programa Minero de Solidaridad con el Pueblo (también conocido como ‘aporte voluntario minero’); y la gestión de las relaciones entre Minera Barrick y la Comunidad Campesina Cahuide, según el modelo IFC. Después de la aplicación del Proyecto Sierra Productiva los encuestados manifestaron que las relaciones entre la Minera Barrick y la Comunidad Cahuide es de 90.91% entre Buena y Muy Buena.

He became across 18 technologies which 13 technologies were high ratios of effectiveness and 5 technologies were low ratios, according to interviewees this is due to the disbursement of the budget cut was interrupted due to the voluntary contribution of the mining fund of solidarity with the people; and managing relations between Barrick and Rural Community Cahuide, according to the IFC model. After application of the Sierra Productive Project respondents said that relations between the Minera Barrick and Cahuide Community is 90.91% between good and very good.
