This research tries to solve the problem How the implementation of the Sierra Productive project management affected the relations between Barrick and Rural Community Cahuide, Province of Santiago de Chuco, La Libertad, according to the IFC model, 2014?, to which hypothesized the implementation of the Sierra Productive project had a positive effect on the management of relations between Barrick and Rural Community Cahuide, Province of Santiago de Chuco, La Libertad, depending on model IFC. To test the same design no experimental testing of hypothesis or descriptive cross section, for which the literature review, analysis of data, surveys and interviews as techniques used to process the information was used. Reached the following conclusions: The application of the Sierra Productive project had a positive effect on the management of relations between Barrick and Rural Community Cahuide, Province of Santiago de Chuco, La Libertad, according to the IFC model, confirming the hypothesis research; The implementation of the project in Sierra Productive Rural Community Cahuide, Province of Santiago de Chuco, La Libertad, 2014. He became across 18 technologies which 13 technologies were high ratios of effectiveness and 5 technologies were low ratios, according to interviewees this is due to the disbursement of the budget cut was interrupted due to the voluntary contribution of the mining fund of solidarity with the people; and managing relations between Barrick and Rural Community Cahuide, according to the IFC model. After application of the Sierra Productive Project respondents said that relations between the Minera Barrick and Cahuide Community is 90.91% between good and very good.
