In order to determine the work factors associated with the grade of Burnout Syndrome in medical representatives of the Province of Trujillo 2013, they conducted a prospective, descriptive and cross-sectional study in which a sample of 99 medical representatives were studied. Each had to answer a questionnaire containing data on occupational factors such as the scale of Maslach ““Maslach Burnout Inventory““. For statistical analysis the chi-square test was used, setting the significance level at P <0.05. It was found that the characteristics of the medical representatives of the Province of Trujillo were aged between 35 and 39 years (27.3%), female (60.6%) sex and work over nine years (46.5%). The degree of burnout syndrome among physicians visitors was: half (58.6%), high (12.1%) and low (29.3%). The proportion of occupational factors among physicians visitors with burnout syndrome was high: 50% worked more than nine years, 83.3% were engaged in promoting trade, 83.3% had received more than two annual trainings, promoted 83.3% over seven more products, 58.3% visited between quarter past nine doctors and 66.7% performed trips. Among those visited with half Burnout syndrome were: 44.8% worked more than nine years, 79.3% promote and sell products, 72.4% received more than two annual training, 79.4% promoted seven more products, 55.2% visit between quarter past nine doctors and 84.5% on tours. And in those with Burnout low syndrome was: 48.3% worked more than nine years, 79.3% promoted and sold, having received 65.5% of two or more training, 65.5% promoted seven more products, visit the 48.3% nine and performing medical fifteen 93.1% travel. Concluding that: occupational factors: number of products that promote non-performing and associated travel to the high degree of burnout syndrome in medical sales.
