This work of research has been orientated to provide solutions for problems related to the data uploading process of Spring ERP, which belongs to Royal Systems SAC. This is a Company leader implementing ERP solutions, it has presence in Latin America and its main office is located at Av. Juan de Arona 748, San Isidro – Lima. One of the most important process in an implementation of Spring ERP is the HR data uploading from their clients to the ERP data base, in this area has been occurring the following situations: delays on project schedule, cost increasing, excessive manual work uploading the data, possibility to upload trash information, mistakes in calculations of the system. To solve this situation, in Royal Systems we suggest to develop an application which works to upload the information, which the client has sent in a specific layout (Excel), to the data base. To do this project we will use the ICONIX methodology of software development, as framework the software Power builder (V 11.2) and SQL Server 2012 as data base. As consequence of this project, firstly, the company will be able to provide better quality control for the information that will be upload in the database of Spring, secondly, it will provide more confidence in the process and calculation of the HR modules, and it will improve the ERP implementation, accelerating the upload process and the project. We have reached decrease the upload time in a 70% and migration efficiency of 4%.
