Focused on the direct cost budget and master scheduling of the aforementioned work, the proposal is basically split unit costs of items carried in fixed cost; to be considered all materials and supplies needed to complete the items, and variable costs; that will be considered labor and equipment involved in each game executed. Last Planner methodology simultaneously Sytem (Last Planner System) from the general program of work was applied, obtaining as results the Lookahead Production (Intermediate Production Planning) and Lookahead Materials (Intermediate Materials Planning), with the latter it was possible to calculate the efficiency of each item executed during the time the data were collected.
