This research aims to propose the creation of the area of talent management and from this the company develops activities to promote motivation, communication and leadership in company employees Lauros SAC Service station. They have participated in 15 research company employees Lauros SAC Service Station. The survey technique was used, developed a questionnaire of 15 questions divided into three blocks for the collection of information; The first block was to know the motivation of employees, in the second block is disclosed if there is effective communication between employees and the last block helped us determine the type of leadership you have within the organization. We used the design with one group pretest and data analysis descriptive statistics were used. The results of the research have allowed us to develop a proposal for the area of Human Resource Management, an area that is responsible for the training of managers or supervisors to optimize and boost motivation, communication and leadership collaborators Station Lauros SAC Services in Piura. This proposal will change the situation observed low motivation, poor communication between managers and subordinates and with respect to behavioral leadership that dominates employees, further improvement.
