In the present work, we have performed a comparative analysis between the use of asphalt emulsion and asphalt hot in AA.HH Huanchaquito area where soil testing and counting of cars to be designed the pavement I do. The tests performed in the laboratory, have let know that the soil is a sandy and state average compaction is CBR = 14.7 , no water table was found in the sectors studied , the coefficient of drainage used as tables is 1.10 which 's poor ranking on the coast. According counting cars that gave hours of 7:00 am to 9:00 pm , a total of 125 cars whose determination is EAL 576 569 ( Avenue) was obtained. The 93 AASHTO design method for asphalt pavement in hot and Asphalt Emulsion was used , since both dealt with the determination of a flexible pavement , using a spreadsheet program and final design was obtained as 2 ““ asphalt 12 ““base and 8 ““ sub base, using the budget thicknesses hot pavement whose amount is S. / 3'097 , 897.49 and pavement with Asphalt Emulsion is S. / 2'729 , 718.65 . Besides the work schedule shows the time-intensive to implement the project, so the pavement with Asphalt Emulsion has been estimated to require less than 80 days Labor and equipment, and the hot asphalt was estimated 90 days which more labor is used.
