Abstract: La presente tesis se ha denominado “El etiquetado de los alimentos
transgénicos y el derecho a la información de los consumidores”, y se
encuentra orientada a determinar la necesidad de aprobar medidas
regulatorias sobre el etiquetado de los alimentos transgénicos, para proteger
el derecho a la información de los consumidores.
Para cumplir con dicho objetivo se ha realizado un análisis doctrinario y
legislativo. Se han empleado los métodos lógicos y jurídicos como el
doctrinario y la hermenéutica jurídica, con el objetivo de anal izar cada variable
e interpretar las normas y principios del ordenamiento jurídico en materia de
derecho constitucional, y del consumidor, apoyándonos en las opiniones más
relevantes de la doctrina.
Además al concluir el presente trabajo se determina que es necesario aprobar
medidas regulatorias sobre el etiquetado de los alimentos transgénicos, para
proteger el derecho a la información de los consumidores previsto en la
Legislación Nacional y en la legislación comparada.
This thesis has been called ““The labeling of transgenic foods and the right to information of consumers““, and is aimed at determining the need to adopt regulatory measures on the labeling of transgenic foods, to protect the right to food.
