The present research addresses the assembled families within its content, was carried out with the purpose of identifying the legal bases that allow the need for a legal framework and also in a subsidiary way to grant the alimentary obligation on the minor children of the same age Of an assembled family. That is why, from the constitutional court, there is an analysis of two judgments regarding the recognition of the reconstituted family, also called ““assembled family““, so that from an analysis of jurisprudence it covers the subject to deepen and realize a legal vacuum Existing in our Peruvian civil code, so that the doctrine for the development of work is used is to give know the viability of the recognition of the related parent with respect to the obligation of rights and duties to his related son; And thus cover that particular legal vacuum. Likewise demonstrate the importance of its recognition and protection in international legal systems in Europe, USA and Latin America, since in those laws have already been applied effectively, specifically in Latin America we have Argentina as it has a good basis on the Theme in development. Consequently, it is proposed to propose regulations on children of similar age within an assembled family, based on doctrine and jurisprudence; Taking into account the legal foundations found in the present investigation, as well as to deepen the investigations in this respect.
