The present experimental, forecast trends, comparative and longitudinal study; has evaluated in vitro dyschromia of Listerine® zero mouthwash and Listerine® Solution, to accomplish this we made two groups of 20 clean premolar teeth; listed with indelible ink, sealing the numbering and the apex with clear nail polish. I proceeded to take initial color with colorimeter (Chroma Meter - Konica Micolta CR-400), and both groups were immersed in the respective mouthwashes by 30.90 and 360 minutes. At the end of each half note spectrophotometer data it was taken. According to data obtained plucked a custom colorimeter to better assess and processed in SPSS Statistics 22, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Lilliefors, Friedman and Wilcoxon test with a 5% significance. Both showed significant changes mouthwashes, Listerine® zero clarified b * (yellow) and Listerine® solution clarified the color L * (white) and b * (yellow). Any mouthwash not generated significant changes in a * (green). .
