The present research work was carried out in the sector Nuevo Barraza, wich belong to the Santa Catalina Valley, district and province of Trujillo, Department of La Libertad. The main objective was to evaluate the development of the plants using biol in different dose. This experiment was planted at UPAO II on August 15th , 2013. The following characteristics were evaluated: plant height in different evaluations, the number of leaves in different evaluations, the number of ears per plant and the green forage yield. The experimental design was a Randomized block design with four repetitions. Four treatments were studied: A = 400 L/ha, B = 800 L/ha, C = 1200 L/ha and D = a check without application. After the Analyses of variance, Duncan Significant test at 0.05 of probability was used. The results obtained in the four evaluations for plant. Height shows that the treatment with the best results was the dose 800 L/ha. The check had the lower value. There were no significant differences in number of leaves in the four evaluations. In the characteristic number of ears per plant, the treatment with the best results was the dose 800 L/ha and the treatment with the worst results was the check. The last characteristic was the green forage yield, the treatment with best results was the dose 800 L/ha with 146.6 t/ha. The second was the dose of 1200 L/ha with 129.3 t/ha. The third was the dose of 400 L/ha with 104 t/ha. The last was the check with 92.3 t/ha.
