The present work has developed in the Plant of Treatment of Industrial Waters of the company Doe Run Peru. The industrial waters are toxic waste products of mining processes and concentration of minerals, as well as of the rains that take place and drag land, minerals and rocks. The system of treatment of industrial waters had deficiencies regarding high values of concentration, this due to a lack of measurement and an inadequate control, this might contaminate the environment bringing as consequence of happening this, high fines and up to the partial or total closing of the operations. After analyzing the problematics there develops the system of automation that allowed us to eliminate these problems. The raised system is an Architecture of Control Distributed, with two defined levels the first one of control and the second one of supervision. The level of control regulates the principal variables of the process, establishing bows of control re-fed and based on controllers. In the level of supervision there has been implemented database, alarms and generation of real time graphs.
