This research was conducted in 75 Canis familiaris, positive ehrlichiosis diagnosed by immunochromatography, whom underwent abdominal ultrasound examination, of which 53.33% of patients were female and 46.67% were male. The main changes to the abdominal ultrasound found positive for canine ehrlichiosis patients were hepatomegaly and splenomegaly, the first alteration was diagnosed in 61 Canis familiaris corresponding to 81.34% of the sample and the second alteration was diagnosed in 73 Canis familiaris corresponding to 97.33% respectively. Kidney only 24% (18 patients) and in the gallbladder only 26.67% (20 patients) showed a marked their sizes increase, however these data do not represent a reliable relationship for disease diagnosis . Pancreas, gastric distention degree, intestines and bladder do not suffer alterations in size, ecogenecidad and echotexture in canine ehrlichiosis, and its unreliable findings for the diagnosis of canine ehrlichiosis.
