In this research was developed the evaluation of the structural seismic vulnerability degree in buildings formed for systems of concrete frames and mansory, in the district of “La Esperanza parte Baja” – Trujillo 2015. “La Esperanza has an uncertain about its structural seismic vulnerability degree due to the majority of buildings haven’t been built with current standards and a qualified labor. For the evaluation of the structural seismic vulnerability in a first stage was applied a survey called “Reality of the buildings in the district of “La Esperanza parte Baja” to determine constructive failures, wherewith was known the background of the structures of the all buildings in the district, the gathered information was from the 70’s decade to nowadays year 2014, it was processed and were found the characteristics of the principal structural elements, materials and the construction conditions of the past and present. It was fulfilled as the same way an analysis of architectures of a representative number of concrete buildings, for that was necessary to recover the information about geometry and structural elements of each building, then we had information about number of columns, density of walls, number of floors and area of the terrain. All the characteristics of the buildings was necessary to generate a typical models adjusting to reality of the study zone. The typical models served to analysis structural test as much as concrete frames system as the mansory system. For the design of the instrument of evaluation of the structural seismic vulnerability, we tested typical models using the traditional information about construction, the idea was to compatible the displacements of a static non-linear analysis (PUSH-OVER), with the displacements of the spectral analysis with E030 current standard for seismic analysis in Peru. The compatibility of the displacements let us to settle different degrees of vulnerability when structural arrive to the pre-collapse. We simplified the variables in area of the terrain, number of stories, area of columns and density of walls, wherewith we evaluated 300 buildings (commons and specials). It was found that the “La Esperanza” has 75.4% of high seismic structural vulnerability.
