The analysis of vulnerability of this thesis provides a simple methodology for to respond and prevent the threat, vulnerability and environmental risk, damage of each of the components of the drinking water and sanitary excreta disposal system and water waste in the Center village mill.Chocope, According to the result, defined the necessary mitigation measures, and procedures emergency and response to the impact that should be followed if the “disaster“ before carrying out mitigation measures, or they were not enough to prevent the damage. In this thesis, we propose that the sanitary disposal of excreta and sewage will be through biodigesters and defined the planning process to define a program of emergency care and disaster, indicating its content and the stages in order of priority to be carried out to develop it, run it and keep it updated. technical foundations to develop vulnerability analysis in potable water and sewerage systems. What is vulnerability, how is quantified, and how this analysis must be made through damage probability matrices. general description of the main natural hazards, and a detailed list of damages more important that these may result in components of the drinking water and sewerage systems, application of the methodology of the analysis of vulnerability to different threats. It is a detailed description of how to populate each of the proposed dies
