To determine the risk factors related to pre malignant lesions of cervical cancer. Methods: The type of research was retrospective, case control type. The population will be comprised of all women attending sampling Pap clinics Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital Victor Ramos Guardia - Huaraz, the period 2008 - 2012, a total of 231 medical records of women who were made Pap test. Results: It was evidenced that the premalignant lesion of cervical cancer with the highest prevalence (41.7%) corresponds to the low-grade intraepithelial lesion more human papillomavirus; observed that patients between the ages of 30-49 years old had the highest percentage (74%) of premalignant lesions; 53.1% of patients with pre-malignant cervical cancer lesions are illiterate; Patients who maintain a situation of living with the couple reported the highest percentage of premalignant lesions (59.4%); that 66.7% of patients with pre-malignant cervical cancer lesions are from the rural area; multiparous great that patients have the highest proportion of pre-malignant lesions (50%); that 71.9% of patients with pre-malignant cervical cancer lesions have not used combined oral contraceptives; patients whose first sexual intercourse occurred between the ages of 15-25 years old had the highest percentage (88.5%) of premalignant lesions; that 61.5% of patients with pre-malignant cervical lesions cancer report having had four or more sexual partners; patients with maternal history of cervical cancer have the highest percentage (49%) of premalignant lesions. Conclusion: Risk factors related to premalignant lesions of cervical cancer are: LEI low grade women between the ages of 30-49 years old, illiterate women, living, living in rural areas, multiparity, no use of combined oral contraceptives, first sexual intercourse at an early age (15-25 years), multiple sexual partners (4 or more), history of family with cervical cancer.
