To determine the prevalence and if insufficient hours of sleep, cyberbullying and poor school adjustment are factors associated with risky eating behaviors in high school students of the Túpac Amaru II School. Material and methods: A cross-sectional, analytical study was carried out in which 88 students of 4th and 5th year of secondary education of the Tupac Amaru II-2021 School were included. Results: Of 88 adolescents, 20 of them have CAR. Insufficient hours of sleep and cyberbullying were factors associated with risky eating behaviors (p<0.05). The intervening variables were also analyzed, where only the female sex had a significant difference (p<0.05). In the multivariate analysis through logistic regression, it is confirmed that the female sex, insufficient hours of sleep and cyberbullying are factors associated with risky eating behaviors in adolescents. (p <0.05). Conclusion: There prevalence of risky eating behaviors was 22.7% and the associated factors were insufficient sleep hours and cyberbullying.
