This thesis belongs to the research design of a computer system, based on non-face training of different business professionals Braincoaching, which is located in the city of Lima. This company has problems mainly in E-learning system, which does not have a dynamic and interactive approach, for which there is good communication, coordination and the professional satisfaction that is part of the training, since it is only taking place through email messaging using for these different options (gmail, outlook, etc...). We propose a new training model using social networks inside of a Moodle environment Moodle. Applying the concept of social networks gives rise to informal learning within the formal atmosphere constitutes a course. The proposed model has two modes, the first of which allows students to freely enter comments in a course, the second; the comments are entered around the teacher's guidance. In both cases the discussion and interaction is strengthened through dialogue features typical of a social network. The model is summarized in a tool that integrates traditional concepts (Moodle) and emerging social networks, involving the student in a methodology that takes advantage of informal learning in a formal setting. This paper we use a work will use a methodology based on the Rational Unified Process methodology (RUP) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) using certain conditions to get a better solution thus improving their development, only to Elaboration phase comprising only until analysis and design part, to carry out this we use the modeling tool Enterprise Architect 8. With the implementation of the design obtained as a result of this work is expected to get a better interaction between the exhibitor and registered for the course or subject they chose, to achieve better results with it both user satisfaction and obtaining for the same company This best reviews and recommendations.
