Resumen: Las empresas de desarrollo de software están en las búsquedas de nuevas formas
de trabajo que permita integrar a los equipos (operación y desarrollo) de ambas
partes para así mejorar la entrega del producto en poco tiempo. Actualmente se
está buscando dar una mejora a los Centros de Costos de las empresas MYPES
de la región Lima ya que están en constante crecimiento y necesitan mejorar sus
procesos mediante la automatización, así evitar un mal manejo y que puedan ser
ejecutadas en diferentes entornos operativos.
En el desarrollo se ha utilizado DevOps ya que permite la integración del área
operativa con el área de desarrollo, permitiendo unir dos etapas de su
implementación y así tener un mayor beneficio al momento del desarrollo del
Software.
Usando DevOps se pudo integrar las dos áreas (operaciones y desarrollo)
permitiendo agilizar el desarrollo del software, donde el tiempo de implementación
bajo en más de un 50%, además la prueba de aceptación fue de un 72 % por parte
del equipo de desarrollo y mediante un conjunto herramientas que permitieron
obtener un software multiplataforma que ayude a las MYPES en el control de sus
centros de costos y pueda utilizarse en cualquier dispositivo (móvil, laptop, pc y
Tablet).
The software development companies are in search of new ways to works that allow to integrate the teams (operation and development) of both parties to get the product in a short time. Actually, they are looking to improve the Cost Centers of MYPE companies in the Lima region, since they are constantly growing and need to improve their processes through automation, avoiding mismanagement and being able to be executed in different operating environments. In the development, DevOps has been used since it allows the integration of the operational area with the development area, allowing to unite two stages of its implementation and it has a greater benefit at the time of the development of the Software.
