Due to the population increase that the Carabayllo district of the city of Lima currently presents, it has been considered convenient to create urban rehabilitation projects. The company INVERSIONES CENTENARIO S.A.A. is the owner of an area constituted by the property called HABILITACION URBANA SANTA MARIA 10-F, located in the district of Carabayllo, belonging to the Province and Department of Lima. According to Ordinance No. 1849-MML that approves the union of the urban area, zoning assignment and readjustment of land use zoning in the district of Carabayllo dated 12.16.2014, the land has Metropolitan Trade zoning (CM) . This proposal for urban development is proposed within the following regulatory framework of Supreme Decree No. 010-2018-HOUSING Special Regulation for Urban Development and Building, and D.S No. 012-2019-HOUSING Modification of the Special Regulation for Urban Development and Building. The present project develops the installation of the sanitary network system in the aforementioned stage, with its three objectives: The first objective involves the topography and soil mechanics studies of the study area; The second objective develops the design of the sanitary networks with the hydraulic calculations for each system. As a third objective, an optimization of the networks is made, with respect to the commercial diameters and the comparison of the updated budgets for the execution of the projected systems. In the first objective, a difference in terrain height of 3.5 m between the lowest and highest elevations was identified, being favorable for a design by gravity systems. Likewise, in objectives 2 and 3, it was possible to develop a drinking water and sewage system that covers the entire demand of 1,151 residents, with an average daily flow of 5.12 liters/inhabitant/day; maximum daily flow of 6.90 litres/inhabitant/day and a maximum hourly flow of 13.27 litres/inhabitant/day. In such a way that the drinking water distribution network involves 225.5 m of 160 mm pipe, 856.10 m of 110 mm, and 1,090.90 m of 90 mm. While the sewage system consists of 2,118.40 m of 200 mm pipe, the same one that is connected to an existing mailbox.
