The present work Professional Proficiency entitled “Hydraulic Design Network Water and Sewerage Sector La Estacion City Ascope La-La Libertad“ was developed because of the problems presented water systems and sewage which were installed over 32 years ago. Added to this is that the sewer was built with asbestos-cement pipe for PROGESA, a situation that at present Asbestos cement pipes have been destroyed by the scale of the drain causing infiltration in homes and causing waterlogging home with odors. Similarly presents the water supply problems of Liberty streets, Tarapaca, Arica and José Olaya, by constant water leakage, no valves and hydrant located on Calle Arica into disuse. There has been population studies determined a target population of 104, 104 families occupying lots of this sector, considering 5 inhabitants per batch, resulting in a target population of 520 inhabitants.
