The present study aimed to ““analyze the relationship between molecular classification and clinical-epidemiological characteristics in women with breast cancer treated at the Sagrat Cor University Hospital, in Barcelona, Spain, during the period from 2015 to 2022““. Methodologically, it is a basic and observational study, with an analytical, correlational, cross-sectional design. It had a population of 342 women with breast cancer, treated at the aforementioned hospital, on which a nonprobabilistic census sampling was applied, leaving with the same sample size. As it is a documentary research, the data collection instrument was a documentary file, which was applied to the medical histories of the women in the sample. With this, cross-tables were made, from which the odds ratio and the contingency coefficient were calculated, which allowed to observe the relationship between the variables. Regarding the results, it was found that dyslipidemias are considered a protective factor for luminal A cancer; while high blood pressure is considered a protective factor for luminal A cancer, and a risk factor for triple-negative cancer. Finally, in situ histologic classification is considered a risk factor for luminal A cancer and a protective factor for luminal B cancer
